The President of the Environment and Safety Management Institute Mr Martin Iorsamber has announced that the last induction ceremony for direct membership candidates of the institute is scheduled to hold on first December 2023 in Benue State.

This direct membership Induction is for working professionals with experience in the field. They include Environment and Safety managers, Environmental health officers, Road Safety Officers, Public health practitioners, Disaster management professionals, fire fighters, first aid administrators, Architects, Engineers, Occupational safety officers and other related fields.
Entry Requirements:
1. Associate Member (AESM)
Applicants can be from any discipline but MUST have minimum of 0-4 years work experience in Environment and Safety Management, Environmental health, Road Safety, Red Cross, Public health, Environmental Sanitation, Disaster management, Fire Service, Military or Paramilitary Organizations, Construction industry, Oil and Gas, Food and beverage companies, Architecture, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as other related fields.

2. Full Member (MESM) Certificate
Applicants can be from any discipline but MUST have minimum of 5-11 years work experience in Environment and Safety Management, Environmental health, Road Safety, Red Cross, Public health, Environmental Sanitation, Disaster management, Fire Service, Military or Paramilitary Organizations, Construction industry, Oil and Gas, Food and beverage companies, Architecture, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as other related fields.
